A continuation of series of five art works all from that same day of 12-17-06 as late afternoon goes into night. This is first one sketched and photo's by artist at about 4 p.m. (The next is the painting a poster has been made of "Of 38th Street & Park Avenue on 12-17-06" ) This is where Broadway crosses Fifth Avenue near 23rd Street. The double decker red bus is a brand new model of a type of bus many people have childhood memories of in NY and London. There are four sets of lovers in the painting. It is an update of the NY Ashcan School or style of painting. It is painted in and dated 2007. GICLEE PRINTS ARE AVAILABLE BY SPECIAL ORDER.
